When necessary we intervene manually, gently assisting the grapes towards their optimal maturation. The same is true in the winery where we create conditions that will facilitate our wines in the full development and expression of their individual personalities. While all our wines have the family trait of the San Polino terroir each vintage has its own distinct character and dignity. We believe that the value of our wines is to be found in their integrity and authenticity and we gain great fulfillment through making these very special, healthy and natural products. Our aim is to produce wines that reflect the year of their vintage and as such, each of our vintages will be the faithful result of the climatic conditions of that year. |
