The self-sustained and balanced fertility of the soil is achieved through the introduction of different plant communities according to the needs of the different sections of the vineyard.

The availability of nitrogen is kept to a minimum, thereby strengthening the immune system of the vines  and stimulating the production of polyphenols .

Compost obtained  through composting of organic and inorganic substances from inside the farm is also utilized.
