Grape Harvest


The grapes are harvested by hand. Boxes of 20kg capacity are only half filled in order to avoid damage to the grapes
Several passages are made through the vineyards in various periods in order to obtain various selections.
More than 30 minutes never elapse between the picking of the cluster and and the pressing.
A last selection is made in the winery before the pressing.
